Had we known that same boring stuff printed in text books would become so fascinating for us that we would be willing to travel all the lengths and breadths to experience those places, we would have paid more attention. It may sound weird to you, but it’s true. Some people have difficulty in even striking up a conversation with someone, forget going to a new place alone or handling situations on their own. Obstacles on roads give you more opportunities to interact with your fellow travelers or locals. So, one of the benefits of traveling the world is that you become extrovert.
Travel helps relieve stress
A survey says that if you are suffering from anxiety or lifestyle disorders then a few days in lap of nature will set your body clock right. One of the most important reasons people travel more is to keep themselves sane despite this mad mad world.
It is not necessary to become a nomad to travel and relieve stress. But you can surely take a week off the work and go to a place that you have always desired to go! Believe me, nothing will be more gratifying than that.
